Where are the evil angels during the Millennium? Satan will be bound, but will his angels also be bound? Mankind are Satan’s messengers, but does he also have evil angels created by God, separate from mankind? Where are the created angels Michael and Gabriel during the Millennium?
Satan and his angels along with the beast and the false prophet are cast into the Lake of fire. Are the “good” angels also thrown into the lake of fire?

Thank you for your questions. Yes, Satan and the evil angels are all restrained in the “abussos” during the thousand years. Any time you restrain “a strong man”, you are restraining his entire house.

Mat 12:27 And if I by Beelzebub cast out devil s, by whom do your children cast them out? therefore they shall be your judges.
Mat 12:28 But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you.
Mat 12:29 Or else how can one enter into a strong man’s house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house.

So Satan and his entire house will be bound during the thousand years.
Your second question concerns the righteous angels. The purpose of the lake of fire is to bring all things into line with the mind of God and Christ.

Col 1:19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;
Col 1:20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

Since I cannot find a scripture dealing with the future state of the obedient angels who are spirit beings, like Michael, and Gabriel, and since I cannot “think above what is written, I will simply have to repeat that God is “by [ Christ] reconcil[ ing] all things unto Himself… whether they be things in earth or things in heaven”. So what I can say without “thinking above what is written” is that all the angels will be reconciled to God through Christ.
I know that may not be as complete an answer as you would like, but that is the best I can do at this time. If I come across a scripture which sheds more light on your question about the fate of the righteous angels, you will be the first to hear from me.
