Between God and Christ, who must I worship? Christ is the head of the church so would I be wrong to submit to him?

“When you pray, say “Our Father…” But it is not unscriptural to worship Christ since He is in the Father and the Father is in Him, and Christ never once rebuked those who worshiped Him.

Mat 8:2  And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.
Mat 8:3  And Jesus put forth [ his] hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
Mat 9:18  While he spake these things unto them, behold, there came a certain ruler, and worshipped him, saying, My daughter is even now dead: but come and lay thy hand upon her, and she shall live.
Mat 9:19  And Jesus arose, and followed him, and so did his disciples.
Mat 14:32  And when they were come into the ship, the wind ceased.
Mat 14:33  Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of God.
Joh 9:35  Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and when he had found him, he said unto him, Dost thou believe on the Son of God?
Joh 9:36  He answered and said, Who is he, Lord, that I might believe on him?
Joh 9:37  And Jesus said unto him, Thou hast both seen him, and it is he that talketh with thee.
Joh 9:38  And he said, Lord, I believe. And he worshipped him.
Joh 9:39  And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind.

So we need not worry whether we are worshiping Christ or His Father. We can pray to both, and there is not one verse of scripture that will condemn us for doing so. To worship Christ is to worship His Father and vice- versa because:

Joh 10:30  I and my Father are one.
