Hi Mike,
Why do you think Jesus cursed the fig tree, and how does it relate to us? This experience is listed in the scripture Mark 11:13-14. I would really appreciate it if you could help me understand it.
Thanks,
D____

Dear Mike,
Actually this question is not from me. Instead it is from one of my friends and co- brothers in the church.
He said that, during the ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ, he spoke most of the time to his disciples, the proof are the four gospels, and only on a few occasions did he speak to ... [read more]

Mike,
Hope you are well. Was curious if you had any insight as to the spiritual significance of Jesus touching the blind man twice to fully restore his sight. My hunch was that this represents being "in Christ", "yet carnal". M____

Mike,
You will remember a couple of weeks ago Steven Crook gave a presentation on what it means to stand. The basic point is that one could be standing outside or inside, in the flesh or in Christ. The Greek word for stand is histemi, G2476, which properly denotes an upright and active position li... [read more]

What did He mean by the ... [read more]

Hi Mike,
Just wanted to ask a question or two. If we are free from sin in this flesh, then why do I still sin? There is a particular sin that holds me captive day in and day out. I don't want to continue in this sin anymore. Does God allow me to sin to bring me under his subjection? Why does God ... [read more]

Mike,
After your most welcome call the other day, I went for another walk in the woods, meditating upon the purpose for this lengthy and grievous trial that I am enduring, and also thanking God that I have you and your family supporting me in prayer.
Since it is tormenting, and I seemingly have no r... [read more]

First of all, I do not believe that every miracle that is claimed is a fraud. I have experienced answered prayer personally, and I am fully convinced that God does answer prayers.
