Hi Mike,
I was wondering is the purpose of this life only for those that overcome (the judgment that begins with the house of God)... or are the things that the world goes through going to have a purpose for them at some point, too? It just seems to me that both the people that appear to maybe be ch... [read more]

Mike,
I am puzzled about the following verses:
Act 19:13 Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the LORD Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth.
Act 19:14 And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and ... [read more]

Hi Mike,
Why didn't Moses show the Egyptians the third sign? He turned the rod into a snake and the river to blood, but he didn't perform the leprous hand. What do all these signs mean?
Thanks, M____

God does not force us to sin. He doesn't have to force us to sin. You don't force a dog to bark, a cat to meow, a r... [read more]

Dear Mike,
Your answers are pretty clear to me, however, there is something that I cannot understand about homosexual behavior. Are they born that way? The reason that I ask is because I'm an old farm boy, and I remember farm animals with the same trait.
It seems like it would be the same as bein... [read more]

Hi Mike,
What do I think? My grandfather used to say that “hell” will be what we make it by our mouths and actions. Based on what I see in this parable, grandpa was pretty close. The master judged the servant based on his acting out of fear and what was said out of his mouth.
That bring... [read more]
