Hi Mike,
I have three questions:
1) The annual "Easter celebration" in the Christian church now looks to me like the worship of Tammuz, referred to in Eze 8:14 which the Ampl Bible says was a Babylonian god who supposedly died and was resurrected yearly. Am I right in thinking this?

I have another question. I have recently read pages on your site which explain how Christmas, Easter, Halloween and Valentine's Day are based on pagan practices. I see and agree. Dear Mike,
I'm not sure, but is it okay to give presents at birthdays and christmas. I think not, but would feel REALLY out of place, probably lose my wife of 37 yrs, if I didn't. I think the kids would understand it's a burden at Christmas. I don't do the shopping, I only get my wife something.
