Your experience sounds very similar to my own. I, too, kept all of the holy days for ten years.

God did not give man the sabbath until he gave him the holy days. There is not so much as a hint that Adam, Noah, Abraham, Jacob or Joseph, ever kept a weekly Sabbath from creation till Moses. And Moses never kept a weekly sabbath until it was given to him for the carnal nation of Israel at Sinai.

The apostle John calls them all “the Jew’s …” holy day’s.

Joh 2:13 And the Jews’ passover was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem,
Joh 5:1 After this there was a feast of the Jews; and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.
Joh 6:4 And the passover, a feast of the Jews, was nigh.
Joh 7:2 Now the Jews’ feast of tabernacles was at hand.

John actually distances himself from these outward rituals. You will find not one word about anyone before Moses keeping any days of any kind. The fact that Genesis tells us that God “rested on the seventh day” does not say that he told Adam and his descendants at that time to observe the sabbath, any more that the mention of the “Jew’s feast of Passover” being mentioned in the New Testament is a command for us to observe a day which the Holy Spirit tells us plainly Christ had broken:

Joh 5:18 Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath , but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God.

Had Christ claimed that God was His father?

Joh 10:30 I and my Father are one.
Joh 10:31 Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.
Joh 10:32 Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?
Joh 10:33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
Joh 10:34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?
Joh 10:35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;
Joh 10:36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?

Had Jesus really broken and profaned the sabbath?

Mat 12:1 At that time Jesus went on the sabbath day through the corn; and his disciples were an hungred, and began to pluck the ears of corn, and to eat.
Mat 12:2 But when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto him, Behold, thy disciples do that which is not lawful to do upon the sabbath day.
Mat 12:3 But he said unto them, Have ye not read what David did, when he was an hungred, and they that were with him;
Mat 12:4 How he entered into the house of God, and did eat the shewbread, which was not lawful for him to eat, neither for them which were with him, but only for the priests?
Mat 12:5 Or have ye not read in the law, how that on the sabbath days the priests in the temple profane the sabbath, and are blameless?
Mat 12:6 But I say unto you, That in this place is [ one] greater than the temple.
Mat 12:7 But if ye had known what this meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the guiltless.
Mat 12:8 For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day.

Christ was not even of Levi much less of Aaron. Yet his defense for not preparing on the sixth day for the seventh was that the priests “profane the sabbath and are guiltless and David did that which is not lawful for him to do.” And what is his point? Is it an attempt to reason around what He had done? Not at all. His conclusion is “the Son Of Man is Lord also of the Sabbath.”

So, are we in Aaron, or are we in Christ? Read the paper on “The Law Of Moses Versus The Law Of The Spirit.” If you still have questions not covered in that paper then let me know.

You ask if I worship Christ as I worship the Father? I have no trouble worshiping Christ. Christ permitted others to worship Him:

Mat 9:18 While he spake these things unto them, behold, there came a certain ruler, and worshipped him, saying, My daughter is even now dead: but come and lay thy hand upon her, and she shall live.
Mar 5:6 But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him,
Joh 9:38 And he said, Lord, I believe. And he worshipped him.

Christ never forbade any to worship Him. And yet He never denied that His Father was greater, and He even admits that He was created:

Joh 13:16 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him.
Joh 14:28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I
Rev 3:14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;

God has no beginning. Christ claims many times to be “the beginning and the end.” For a much more in depth treatment on this subject read the paper ‘Is God A Trinity?’
