I just finished reading Steve’s paper on holiday traditions. I read it before, and I loved to read it again. Can you give him my appreciation in the Lord, that the Lord used him to write this paper. It is edifying and revealing, and all this truth brings joy in my heart.
\nI was reading this verse wich was quoted in that paper, and when I read it, inward I felt it was talking about me. Then I realized it was talking about Christ; then I realized that as He is, so are we in this world.<\/p>\n

Joh 5:30  I can of mine own self do nothing<\/strong>: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.<\/u><\/strong>
\n1Jn 4:17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as He is, so are we in this world.<\/u><\/strong>\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

It is so awesome to me that I also see, just in these two verses, why<\/strong> we may have boldness in the day of judgment, because “as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just;”
\nWhy is my judgement just? It is obviously not because I am so smart, or righteous, or better than others. There is only one reason why – it pleased the Father to “give me to know”.<\/p>\n

Mat 13:11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given<\/b> unto you to know<\/b> the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven<\/strong>, but to them it is not given.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This “gift to know” will not make one popular among the earth and the sea in this eon, but the earth and the sea will be needing us to burn out all idols of the heart in another eon, which idols are now burned out of us – Judgment now at the house of God, but same event to all.
\nIsn’t it a priviledge to be given the eyes and ears to understand these things?<\/p>\n
